They weren't in a ******* bag you lying piece of shit. There is video of the guy behind the counter taking the cigars out of the bag and putting them back on the shelf after the first exchange early that morning when Brown left without the cigars.

When he went to the store the second time later that day, he simply reached over and grabbed the boxes of cigars and left with them like that after handing a few boxes to his friend. THEY WERE NOT IN A BAG. This is when the police were called.

I don't believe anything the cops or the DA said about this case. This was a coverup from the very begining.

The cops didn't say the cigars were not in a bag, the video proves they weren't.

Even if true, how is that any different than your lying about other facts? You can't even remember that Brown went to the store twice that day and on the second visit, did not bother with a bag and swiped them from behind the counter.

You can't remember that the police were called even after it was proven they were.

You can't remember that there was a blood trail (from his bleeding hand) that extended from where he was shot to about twenty five feet further away from Wilson, proving that Brown had stopped, turned around and advanced on Wilson.

You can't remember that Brown leaned into the cruiser and fought with Wilson.

You can't remember shit (or you choose not to, which is more likely) and every time this story comes up you have to be reminded all over again. So either you're a ******* idiot with the memory of a nematode or you lie.

Well, that's a problem with Obama being too timid on these things, but a Federal Civil Rights case is hard to make when the state refuses to prosecute. That means they already have an affirmative defense.
