It’s got to be a horrible, soul sucking existence to go into debt and live in one of those places.

Yea, the families that move are only worried about the school district and the neighborhood being safe. They have them in Illinois, and they're often worse, cause there are few trees around, only corn and bean fields.

They are all over Florida. I worked in many of them. To me, it is an eyesore on the landscape.

It's efficient though. Using a copy paste design saves so much time and effort.

Aw it isn't that bad, I grew up in a suburban cookie cutter neighborhood. The difference is we had big yards and enough space between the houses to play football and smear the queer and stuff. You couldn't play hopscotch between those houses.

The zero lot line developments we have here in Massachusetts are almost all condos, luxury apartments or townhouses. I work for an electric utility company and I used to do the design plans for these places. They literally cram as many units as they can onto the property.
