Boeing is dropping a policy requiring all U.S.-based employees to be vaccinated, citing a federal district court ruling earlier this month that blocked a key Biden administration immunization mandate for federal contractors and subcontractors.

Guess they don't want to go broke like so many other companies. It's kinda hard to have a company when your employees start dropping like flies from the jab.
I suspect their lawyers told them that unlike the .gov they can be sued if anyone has a serious adverse reaction to the vaccination.

They live by modern rules and laws and have made tens of billions of dollars and hundreds of billions of dollars of profit. However due to quotas, diversity, political correctness and crony capitalism with overpaid employees in deep blue areas they are in massive decline. Insults to the southern states while they are producing and building products that are defective is an insult to us all. Seattle area is not just competitive anymore. Unions are just not getting the product done.

Reaction or no, under existing laws, it is flat-out illegal for an employer to violate an employee's medical privacy, or to interfere in an employees choices regarding medical care, or to discriminate against an employee on any related basis. With or without the mandate, any employer that violates these rights of an employee is setting itself up to be on the losing end of a very nasty lawsuit; and the Nuremberg Defense will not get them out of it.

I guess Boeing and the others said "no mas" to the battling court decisions and decided that their best bet for the least exposure to lawsuits was to suspend the mandates.

After all what is Tater going to do, shut them all down?

Many corporations here in KC are ignoring it all.

Fuck Potatohead and his stupid mandate.

Just because Joe Potatohead says it has to be done doesn't mean we Americans have to do it.
