That means the rest giving birth were first generation new citizens.
And that stands to make sense.

First generation new citizens keep up high birth rates. It's 2nd and 3rd generation that slow down the reproduction...
I really have zero qualms about legal immigration. Their kids are always normal Americans and behave normal. Parents who are 1st gen, so long as they make an honest effort to learn English I'm all good. I've worked with many. From Egyptians to Venezuelans and all points in between. (Polish, Mexican, Costa Rican, Moroccan and Guatamalan)

For most MARRIED couples today...we need each wife to have 4-5 children if we wish to keep USA population stable and possibly grow a tiny bit.

Now how we accomplish this is anyone's guess.

Why would we need to grow the population. Just make more parks.

Once again, there is no such thing as an "anchor baby". There is no anchor to it children born to illegals or temporary visitors. The parents gain no right to remain in the US and can and will be deported, regardless of the child being born here. That is something that hard-headed people do not know and refuse to accept. In the past, the Biden administration did not follow the law regarding this policy. That changed on January 20, 2025 when Trump took office.

thats not how citizenship works.
Marriage is orthogonal to citizenship or immigration status.
Ivana Trump did not receive citizenship until 1988.

Marrying a U.S. citizen does not grant automatic citizenship or an automatic Green Card. It only makes you eligible to apply for lawful permanent residence (a Green Card) and provides a faster track to naturalization—usually after 3 years instead of 5. A rigorous, fee-based application process is required

Who retains jurisdiction over a citizen of a foreign nation.... Its their home country listed on their passport... American citizens enjoy that privilege when we are abroad....
In other words if we have extradition with a nation they retain total jurisdiction for their citizens...

The court will hear both opinions in this case... we have used both opinions in other cases and situations in the past so those examples will be brought up and we will see who is right.... the government under Trump sees it as their home nation retains jurisdiction.... therefore the home nation claims the child as their citizen....

The author, Sen Jacob Howard said the 14th doesn't include kids of foreigners, aliens. That should close it.
 
They already are applying it accordingly. If you want change, then change the Constitution.
No they are not. The author was clear (see post # 11) He said no kids of aliens. Why is this so controversial ?
And why has there been a such thing as anchor babies for so long ? This is one of he craziest things of American history.

There was a later law, not Constitutional ammendment, that further included Black people and Native Americans as citizens.
Even after the Civil War Black's didn't immediately get full voting rights. That came later.

And this, as well as a few court cases, is where everyone is arguing from.

Truly, this came about because Nurses are not immigration specialists....they are nurses. And when that illegal alien gives birth the nurses automatically signs that baby up for a SS card....
