I would need to see the statute governing a Presidential physician's obligations in this context.

Don't get me wrong... I'd actually LOVE to see such a Law or statute-based Regulation or Protocol.

I'm simply unaware of the legal mechanism, or even if that mechanism exists for a Presidential physician.

I'm quite certain that a Presidential physician has an ETHICAL obligation to report debilitating problems but I do not believe (insofar as I am aware as I write this) that the obligation is anything other than Ethical... no Legal Teeth, so-to-speak.

I, too, am curious to hear from the doctor regarding Uncle Joe's mental fitness during his Presidency.

There may be a way to compel the doctor's testimony or, failing that, there may be a way to subpoena the medical records.

There may also be a way to compel related testimony from various White House staff that served Biden in various capacities.

Inquiring Minds want to know. ...and it is in the best interests of The Republic and The People to obtain that information.

Allowing Congress to fashion legislation to prevent any lapse-in-mental-health from going unreported ever again.

And allowing the Executive to evaluate various EOs and Pardons issued by Uncle Joe in the waning days of his Term.

I dont know if there is a law for it, but any doctor who doesnt say anything about a patients mental decline should lose his medical license. Joe shouldnt have a drivers license, let alone be in charge of the nuclear codes.

I'm not surprised that the Doctor refused to answer questions. It was obvious that was going to happen. The only thing that surprised me was that he didn't invoke the doctor/patient privacy clause. Perhaps he was told by counsel that wouldn't hold up? I don't know. It would have looked slightly better than taking the 5th but then again...everyone knows he lied...so at the end of the day the only thing in question is did anyone ask him to lie and if so...who was that person or persons?

There are so many constant anti-Trump threads day after day that I thought I'd ask those on the left which democrat I should vote for in 2028. Take your pick out of any Democrat you wish, whether they have talked about running or not but they must have at least a realistic shot at winning. These are my values and policies I base my voting on (in no particular order):

1. Must be pro-business or at least neutral anyway. I won't vote for anyone who is flat out pro-worker. (I'm a businessman).
