I don't understand your point. There is precedent for impeachment once out of office and is clearly an established constitutional process.

Biden's out of office, but he didn't preemptively pardon everyone that enabled the fraud and usurpation of the presidency. Those are the criminals the republicans want. Biden is done. Democrats are ready to put a fork in.

The last impeachment attempt was smoke and mirrors to disrupt the 2024 election--same as all the lawfare. The democrats were so short sighted that they couldn't see how these moronic actions would bite them. Now they know, but they have no plan B or viable candidate.
