NO. The Doctor / Patient privilege has nought to do with that.
The doctor didn't claim that privilege. He pleaded the 5th Amendment according to the story posted.

He likes to think. That's a good thing. It is not relevant. T K loves to babble. "If the sky was purple, then....".
He is not President now and was not involved. There is nothing in that about breaching Doctor Patient privilege post facto unless you can point it out.God Damn.....are you really this ******* stupid?
Try the 25th Amendment, retard.
What would the crime be that he would incriminate himself for committing?
Try it. Tell us how it works out.
How dare you!!I apologize but I edited your post a little to reflect the truth of the left. The big cover up was all about party loyalty and protecting the country from a president Trump (or Republicans in general), who they thought would take democracy away on day one. They believed the big cover up was in protecting the country. Add to that, Biden's core group, including his wife, didn't want to leave the White House and would do virtually anything to stay there, even as they claimed it was Trump who didn't want to leave the White House in 2020.
He was experiencing dementia throughout his time in office, being concealed and limited during that time. Furthermore he (or someone else) took meaningful actions which impacted the US during his presidency. More evidence, such as his debate performance in Atlanta last year suggests he was in the full embrace of cognitive decline. His prostate cancer was concealed.Just saying
"He was too old when he made this decision." Doesn't seem like enough.
Demonstrate why it's wrong and then act accordingly. Fix the policy if it's bad. Undermining it like this though...I don't know.
Feels not good enough.
But you are the person here supporting Biden and his staff. You should ask them.
Now you resort to name-calling. You attack what you don't understand.Nothing will happen, T K, accept MAGAt tears: millions of them.
I read the letter. he claimed both. The doctor didn't claim that privilege. He pleaded the 5th Amendment according to the story posted.
“Earlier today, Dr. Kevin O’Connor asserted the physician-patient privilege, as well as his right under the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, in declining to answer questions from the staff of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform regarding his service as Physician to the President during the Biden Administration,” the statement from O’Connor’s legal counsel said.
“On the advice of his legal counsel, Dr. O’Connor refused to answer questions that invaded the well-established legal privilege that protects confidential matters between physicians and their patients. His assertion of his right under the Fifth Amendment to decline to answer questions, also on the advice of his lawyers, was made necessary by the unique circumstances of this deposition,” the statement said.
I don't think this approach vector is going to work.He was experiencing dementia throughout his time in office, being concealed and limited during that time. Furthermore he (or someone else) took meaningful actions which impacted the US during his presidency. More evidence, such as his debate performance in Atlanta last year suggests he was in the full embrace of cognitive decline. His prostate cancer was concealed.
Like I said, he (or his handlers) took many impactful actions for the US. It wasn't that he was 'too old,' that's not the point. Trump is 78. It was Biden's mental and cognitive acuity in office. He was manipulated and led about.
In Other Words, this can all be summed up with three words --In a deposition normally meant to last two or three hours, Biden's physician, Dr. Kevin O'Connor, spent 30 minutes pleading the Fifth to several key questions about Biden's fitness while he was in office. He was largely reticent before, during, and after the deposition. This behavior only adds fuel to the fire that he and others covered up Biden's poor wellness in office while he was president.
---------------
O'Connor pleaded the Fifth Amendment to multiple questions about his time with former President Joe Biden during his sit-down. It resulted in a hasty end to what could have been an hours-long deposition.
"I'm going to read the first two questions that were asked. 'Were you ever told to lie about the president's health?' He pleaded the Fifth Amendment. He would not answer that question. The second question, ‘Did you ever believe President Biden was unfit to execute his duty?'" House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., told reporters after the meeting.
"Again, President Biden's White House physician pled the fifth. This is unprecedented, and I think that this adds more fuel to the fire that there was a cover-up."

Biden doctor pleads the Fifth in speedy House closed-door interview
The House Oversight Committee completed another deposition of a former Biden aide in its investigation into allegations of a cover-up of the former president's mental acuity.www.foxnews.com
Couldn't even answer one question, not even one.
Is that a crime?Falsifying medical records to hide the fact that the sitting president had stage 4 cancer.
Well, at least Joe will live out his last days and die thinking that if he had stayed in, he would have beaten Trump. How dare you!!
No, I get it.
What is sad is that Joe should have been living out his last cognitive days on a beach in Delaware, not a wet sock puppet for the communist elites.
Is it a "crime" that he's concerned about or is it his reputation that he's trying to protect? It's pretty obvious even to a layman that Biden was suffering from rapidly increasing dementia. It's also rather obvious that his physician would have seen that. So he was asked to cover that decline up and did so...lying to the American people. Not a crime but he can kiss his reputation as a physician goodbye. What would the crime be that he would incriminate himself for committing?
He beat Medicare.Well, at least Joe will live out his last days and die thinking that if he had stayed in, he would have beaten Trump.
