He was experiencing dementia throughout his time in office, being concealed and limited during that time. Furthermore he (or someone else) took meaningful actions which impacted the US during his presidency. More evidence, such as his debate performance in Atlanta last year suggests he was in the full embrace of cognitive decline. His prostate cancer was concealed.

Like I said, he (or his handlers) took many impactful actions for the US. It wasn't that he was 'too old,' that's not the point. Trump is 78. It was Biden's mental and cognitive acuity in office. He was manipulated and led about.
