Shortly after it was made public that Joe Biden was embroiled in a classified document scandal, that the Department of Justice seemed to handled quite differently than they had with former President Donald Trump; U.S. House Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Chair of the House Judiciary Committee, announced he was launching an investigation into the Biden classified document scandal.
“We are conducting oversight of the Justice Department’s actions with respect to former Vice President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents, including the apparently unauthorized possession of classified material at a Washington, D.C., private office and in the garage of his Wilmington, Delaware, residence,” Jordan wrote in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland.
“On January 12, 2023, you appointed Robert Hur as Special Counsel to investigate these matters. The circumstances of this appointment raise fundamental oversight questions that the Committee routinely examines. We expect your complete cooperation with our inquiry.”
Jordan has received a letter from the Office of the Assistant Attorney General in response to his letter.

We should be taking this as a tacit admission that Bidden and the DoJ violated the constitution.
The only question is, “How many amendments “?
Does anyone really expect the corrupt DOJ with their double standard of justice to find any damning information on any Democrat? There are leaks in an investigation but miraculously those leaks only impact Republicans while no leaks occur when Democrats are investigated. The Quisling Media is just as corrupt as the DOJ?

“While we will work diligently to accommodate requests for public testimony, it may not always be possible to participate or to address all the topics the Committee wishes to raise,” Carlos Uriarte, the assistant attorney general for the Office of Legislative Affairs, wrote to committee chair Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) in a letter obtained by Breitbart News.
Republicans’ requests “must be weighed against the Department’s interests in protecting the integrity of its work,” Uriarte noted.

Let Garland and the DoJ dig a deep hole for themselves, trying to avoid Congress. Then cut off their funding because they won't cooperate. You can't reason with radical Maoist Democrats, but withholding funds will work! McCarthy and the House have the high ground, with Biden and the Democrats trying to cover up the document scandal. This scandal has in its short life become larger than Watergate.
The DOJ has Just discovered even more classified documents at Joe Biden’s home.
Some of these stolen Classified documents go back to when Joe was in the Senate.

I think most will agree with me when I comment that it is unreasonable to expect the current crop of whores in the house to do anything that will disrupt the flow of money to them though. Because of that, absolutely nothing meaningful will be done.
