The average U.S. price of regular-grade gasoline spiked 33 cents over the past two weeks to $4.71 per gallon.

Industry analyst Trilby Lundberg of the Lundberg Survey said Sunday that the price jump comes amid higher crude oil costs and tight gasoline supplies.

The average price at the pump is $1.61 higher than it was one year ago.

Nationwide, the highest average price for regular-grade gas is in the San Francisco Bay Area, at $6.20 per gallon. The lowest average is in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at $3.92 per gallon.

According to the survey, the average price of diesel rose 9 cents over two weeks, to $5.66 a gallon.

Great job old Joe, your a genius. We will be a thrid world Country in no time.

Out on the west coast they are adjusting their fuel dispensers to be able to go into double digit costs. That means they may drop the 9/10ths and replace it with 10.00$ fuel. I told everyone this is coming with Joe Biteme in office, but no one believed me. Food costs are going to double, while no one wants to do anything but work , go home, barely put food on the table. Misery index will be over 100% and blacks will be out murdering blacks.. Oh yeah, that is already happening.

The irony is . . . in most Third World countries gasoline is dirt cheap. What I want to know is what is the magic number price of a gallon of regular gas which once achieved will prevent the poorer masses from driving. Is that magic number $8? Nine dollars? Ten?

Biden gas spiked to a whopping $5.579 here this morning. Way to go Dems you creeps. Iowa farmers are warning your grocery bill is going to go up $1,000 a month due to skyrocketing fuel prices and inflation. Right things are SO much better under Biden than Trump. #epic sarcasm

It's like they are not even pretending to give a crap about Americans suffering from crippling inflation while we fund a proxy war with Russia to the tune of 40 billion in deficit spending.

Our leaders and Biden have failed America.
With all those diseased illegals crossing the southern border, when they buy the clunkers that guzzle gas, what will that do to the price?

A Biden official said look on the bright side, food shortages will push farmers to rely more on green energy. These Biden idiots also said hey just use manure for fertilizer...while also bashing cows, pigs and animals that produce manure.

All those diseased illegals that are coming in, where do you think they are going to get their food from? Yeah, the same stores that US citizens use, thus making it harder for legal citizens to feed their families. This is Joe Biteme's fundamental transformation of America.....

Have to remember the thinking of a Progressive Dementicrap. If someone is poor and miserable, to achieve equality, then everyone must be poor and miserable, except the elites, they can eat ice cream.
