But Paul was very clear in Romans that Christians are supposed to obey the law

And you would want to see this as a matter of law in America? Would you want to see leaders legislating based on their interpretation of scripture? Should we impose a moral template drawn exclusively from the Bible on all American citizens?

And could you expand on your thoughts concerning molestation? I'm inferring from your post that you somehow believe that homosexuality is a trait born from molestation. Could you please clear that up?
