Zone1 At What Point Is One's Destiny Hell

I just answered that question please read the previous post

The Gentiles won the lottery without playing it.... they get in first based on their belief/faith... love of the truth that they might be saved.

The Gentiles, rather than collecting the money they keep staling, rejecting the truth, hating God, etc...because they don't see the Jews having any understanding of victory.

Could it be that those failing to forgive someone are behaving without virtue? However God does gives them a command (a window) to repent, seven times seventy-seven. On the other hand...

The scripture in question does not offer one any repentance for failing to receive the truth of God through Christ Jesus that they might be saved. God ends up sending them a strong delusion so that they believe a lie. 2 Thessalonians 2

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Is their delusion from God permanent?
I don't believe God sends them delusions, strong or otherwise. I think their delusions are a condition of their failure to live an honorable life. I think that is what this is saying.

Well... I believe God cannot lie - not all. I believe that whatever God says he does it. I believe that God does exactly what he says. He is good like that.

I believe that because God says they get a delusion that's exactly what they will get. It will be just the ones God mysteriously gives one to. God knows our hearts.

Sure but these were written by men. This is man's understanding. God is not going to harm one of his creatures.

To me the love of God is tied in a knot to obedience and consequences. It is tied into that knot because God has tied our love to him to obedience and consequences.
Aren't we God's creation living in God's creation? We understand that if we jump from a high place, gravity is an immediate, harsh reality resulting in injury or death. Those are the consequences of one of the harsh physical realities to our physical bodies of the creation in which we live.

Mankind is made up of both body and spirit/soul. When the laws of God are broken, we step into the realm of spiritual realities, and when we break God's law or God's word which are as much his creation as the physical world, the consequence can be just as harsh to our spirit as the consequence of jumping off a high place is to our physical bodies.

Does anyone scream at God insisting that his laws of gravity are totally unfair and that he is a villain? For some reason many scream at God and accuse him of being a villain for the harsh reality of broken spiritual laws. What is ironic about this, is if someone jumps off a high place and die, there are no second chances for a renewed his physical life.

Yet, in our spiritual life, we can break a law that results in grave consequences, but God gives us chance after chance--years of chances, decades in some cases--to turn away from breaking that law, renewing our spiritual life with no lasting consequence (although there may be some temporary ones).

This is really not a "Jewish People" specific thread

This thread is about 2 Thessalonians 2 verses 10-12

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

This is more of a thread about hell and damnation based on what God is saying.
With all due respect, that sounds like a dodge. It's an obvious question since Judaism and Christianity are closely linked with the Torah and the Bible.

At the end of days yes, but that doesn't answer the question for those Jewish people who have in the past and currently do not accept Jesus Christ as their savior. It would seem their fate is the same as an Atheist in terms of eternal Hell. I just ask questions, I have no intent of offending Christians.
The Church will be part of the FIRST Resurrection.

The rest of the dead will be resurrected at the end of the Millennium. At that point, God will open their minds to make an informed choice.

So everyone in Hell is resurrected and then God opens their minds to make an informed choice? What other choice would one make after spending a millenia in Hell?

That's interesting that you believe God would not harm one of his creatures. When God clearly tells us...

"But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not

For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly; 2 Peter 2:1-7
Concerning today's false prophets; they are in the media, in politics, in the tech industry, the medical field, and within a secret globalist mason-illuminati society. God says of the people, "many shall follow their pernicious ways"

Likewise, God warns us in 2 Thessalonians 2 concerning the damnation of his ungodly creation.
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

1. Yes, you are right, the consequences of breaking God's law of righteousness can be harsh and they should be very harsh. With chastisements God is breaking the bad habits from a goat, and an untamed horse which is difficult to do, but nothing is to hard for God. You are right as you stated, "Mankind is made up of both body and spirit/soul." However, with God being our"Maker/Manufacturer" God has also made up to be flesh.

2. God has no laws of gravity that is all manmade and theorized by man only. God has nothing to do with that, and it's flawed. With God everything that goes up does not always come down. I know we have the scientists, philosophers, the socialists, the behaviorists, and the theorists saying many things. They do some research they take some observations and cast their opinions.
Peep this, heaven is up and it never comes down, some of the air is up and never comes down. Some things come down that never went up.

3. Yes God gives us chance after chance, but only if we repent. Most refuse to repent. Even worse, most refuse to believe in the God who created them; let alone repent to Him.

There in lies 2 Thessalonians 2 10-12 with God speaking to us all about a delusion and the damnation for failure to receive the love of the truth that they might be saved.

It's not a dodge at all.

Go to the first page and read the one titled, "Jewish People" I have already addressed that issue.

Right, now that's not to say that everyone will be resurrected. As many will still be rejecting God no matter what bowls, plages, and seals God releases.

So everyone in Hell is resurrected and then God opens their minds to make an informed choice? What other choice would one make after spending a millenia in Hell?
Your concept of the afterlife is from paganism, not the Bible.

EVERYONE who has ever died is DEAD IN THE GRAVE awaiting the Resurrection of the Dead.

They are NOT in hell. They are DEAD. GONE. NO MORE EXISTENCE.

Jesus was called THE FIRSTBORN (to eternal life) of many brethren.
95% of 'christianity' has bought into Satan's LIE

No one in hell is ever resurrected. Hell itself is placed into the lake of fire, but hell is never done away with.

Everyone in hell made a choice to reject God and Jesus before going to hell. Once one makes it to hell there is no way out.

Only the dead "IN" Christ will rise. All others who died not believing in Christ they went to hell. There is no way out of hell once a person has made hell their choice.

1 Thessalonians 4:16
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

No one in hell is ever resurrected. Hell itself is placed into the lake of fire, but hell is never done away with.

Hell is in the FUTURE. Hell IS the Lake of Fire.

All dead are GONE. NONEXISTENT. Same as a rock.

The Promise is the Resurrection of th Dead

The Promise is the Resurrection of th Dead
1. Hell is the past, the present, and the future.

2. As the Bible already lets us know many are now in hell. The Holy Bible lets us know that the rich man is in hell speaking from hell about his torment in hell pleading for his brothers not to make it to hell.
Luke 16:23-25
And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

3. In hell each person there is all alone. Watches won't work in hell because there is no time. There is only torture and torment and they can never leave hell. They do not leave hell to get to the lake of fire, but the hell is placed into the lake of fire. However, no one can ever leave hell. Hopefully this verse will help. You have a nice day.
Luke 16:
26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

I don't see that as harming his creatures. Have you personally witnessed God harming one of his creatures? Isn't everything God creates good?

2. God has no laws of gravity that is all manmade
The point I am making is that on this earth, it was not man who created earth and the resulting gravity. That is God's creation. I am not saying God is affected by gravity, but here on earth, in this lifetime, man is. Just as man is affected by spiritual realities.

3. Yes God gives us chance after chance, but only if we repent. Most refuse to repent. Even worse, most refuse to believe in the God who created them; let alone repent to Him.

People look to those in authority, and they also look for that easier way. Note our government soothing the people saying it saying it is alright to divorce, it is alright to abort, edging into it is alright to euthanize. The government is always looking for that easier way because it is the easiest way to gain not only followers but supporters of their rule. This is the delusion we live within. It is a known fact politicians lie and they do so without blinking, blatantly saying when something goes wrong, it is really the fault of someone else. Again, soothing the people, someone else's fault, but we will take care of it--which they don't. They just tell the populace what the populace wants to hear and continue on their merry way towards destruction.

When it comes to our own government, it appears most of the population fears the truth, does not want to hear the truth, whereas if we loved the truth over soothing political speak, we could save ourselves and our country. We won't because we won't hear the truth.

The same is true with our individual spiritual lives. Hear truth and live the way of salvation? Is it easy? Is it pleasurable? What? No divorce? No abortion? Devote a day to God and rest? Carve out time in the day to pray? No sex outside of marriage? No way, then.

The truth is, life is better, joy rather than pleasure is better, and one receives the wonder and awe of coming to know God. Getting to know God is a lengthier process than the pleasure of sex outside of marriage. So what wins out? The easy way. For many.
