I know that there are those within the Catholic realm that even disagree with going to war with Nazi Germany, for example. In fact, I often wonder how Pope Leo feels about the US going to war with them back in the day. Would God have heard the prayers of those trying to take down Nazi Germany and their death camps?

I'd say the war against the IRGC is even more just than World War 2 against Germany. These thugs have been killing Americans and allies for 47 years, and although both the IRGC and Hitler's ambitions were world conquest, the IRGC is more dangerous because they want nukes (Hitler didn't have them).

Also to mutual deterrent factor, long a stabalizer with Russia, China, and N. Korea, doesn't apply to IRGC, because if their suicidal Islamic fanaticism.

Germany did not handle the steps to take in the war well. To overextended. Had their own currency with no middleman.
