If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both. 18 U.S. Code 2384

It seems to me that, in the absence of a formal vote regarding impeachment proceedings, the House Democrats (and their accomplices) have conspired to overthrow the duly elected Government of the United States. Is there any reason they should not be prosecuted? Or are they exempted from the rule of law?

Not a chance.

Impeachment hearings and investigations of a president is not an attempt to overthrow the Government.

The thing about the House is that each member has to answer to the electorate long before any misdeed can be brought to trial ... I'm sorry, but folks in Hollywood, California want the president impeached ... Adam Schiff is going to be re-elected in 2020 and there's nothing to be done about it ... he could shoot a man in cold-blood on Sunset Blvd. and still be elected from his prison cell ...

This point confuses many people, but if The Donald is removed from office, Mike Pence automatically becomes President ... hardly a government overthrow ...

Trump brags about his inbred base being fine with him murdering someone in the middle of the street, but that would not fly for a Democrat.

There's a Democrat hiding along the French Riviera right now who brags about using the power of his office to get sex from 13-year-old girls ... Niel Goldschmidt ... no one's even bother to open a criminal investigation ... which says A LOT about Republicans ...

As usual, not a single cogent remark from the Left. Hence, the apropos label of Libtards.
