Article 1 section 4 gives congress authority to alter how elections are conducted. If the GOP cancels the senate filibuster, they can force honest elections on america meaning same-day in-person voting (except for soldiers overseas) with paper ballots and photo id and all counting done by humans with cams filming every ballot.
