India has lots of cases, they are being counted, but just do not have nearly the same death rate as the US.

India has had 443,960 deaths for a population of 7.8 billion.
The US has had 660,000 deaths for a population of only 330 million.

That is over 20 times the population, but 2/3rds the deaths.

And India say Ivermectin is the reason for them beating us so much.

They simply are talking about before the Delta variant hit in the summer, and are talking about the spring.
The Delta caused a massive increase in infections but since treated with ivermectin, did not show an increase in deaths.
