We are still in the Communication Age at the moment. Who knows though, we only have three providers nation wide, some of us have been pushing for competition but our lazy, uncreative old money don't want to compete, they just want to fleece us.

In fairness, he has kind of grown on me a bit. I believe his detractors have become so extreme in their contrarian positions that it makes him look moderate. He may also be consciously moving in that direction somewhat to ensure the Dems don't buy a seat in Texas.
