I don't agree with this. By the very nature of a miracle, God's intervention comes outside the laws of physics He created for our world. He isn't a prisoner to the universe in which we live. Without God you will never walk on water, neither will you convert water to wine

These are a different category of miracles; yes, God can work outside of the nature He created. He can also work miraculously inside the nature He created, as in instant healing. He created healing. He can just speed it up.

This is just an ignorant thing to say. Jesus Christ is a historical figure. The fact that there are 40,000 fakes does not mean one isn't real. Children's jewelry stores sell 40,000 fake jewels. Doesn't mean real diamonds aren't mined.

In the religious context thats correct but we do sometimes harm others. Some religions like Catholicism want people to feel in a constant state of sin in order to control them. Then they go to confession and a priest who is having sex with a 6 year old absolves you if your sins.
