African Asylum seekers protest Israel's draconian laws

You aren't just "pro israel" you are an israel firster and should move there and fight for them.

We have so many Zionist cowards posting here, they unequivocally support Israel and all.her human rigjts abuses, like the killing of 1519 Palestinian children since 9/2000, but you do not see a single one of them either moving to Israel or enlisting in the IDF.

If we did, we wouldn't exactly be posting so on the forum would we.

Yes, coward scum shall always be coward scum.

There are international laws governing the treatment of refugees Israel is violating.

Ironically, these Africans arrived in Free Jewish Israel only after Scurrying THROUGH Racist Muslim Egypt in correct fear of their lives.
Yes, many Black Muslim Sudanese, had to run thru Muslim Egypt to get to Jewish Israel.

Now, because it was Humane, Israel has an immigrant problem.

Another Leftist, anti-semite, and Muslim classic.

It is happening all over Europe and the people are starting to take action against the muslim terrorists.

But, naturally, Mrs. Sherri has no problem with the way refugees are treated in other countries. I wonder if Mrs. Sherri can tell us why these illegals didn't just stop in Muslim countries for refuge. Why did they have to travel on to Israel instead? We have read how the Egyptians shot many in the back before they were able to cross the border into Israel.

Strange how Mrs. Sherri didn't get on a forum and talk about the Roma being deported. Nor has she talked about those Muslim asylum seekers who are being held on an Italian Island. Of course we have never seen her complain about the Egyptians shooting asylum seekers in the back as they try to reach Israel, nor did she mention how her friends capture some asylum seekers and torture and rob them in the Sinai. By the way, Mrs. Sherri, how are those thousands of legal Ethiopian workers doing who have been expelled from Saudi Arabia. Have they gotten in touch with you yet to tell the world what happened to them?

Excellent stand. Israel needs jobs and homes and not illegals taking jobs and homes.

PM: Protests or Not, Illegals Will be Deported

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu rebuffs pressure, says illegal immigrants can protest all they want, but will be deported anyway.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, meeting with Likud MKs Monday, discussed Sunday's protest by African migrants demanding recognition as refugees.

Netanyahu said that illegal migrants could protest all they wanted, but that would not shake Israel's determination to deport them.

“I want to make it clear: No protests or strikes will help. Just as we succeeded in preventing new illegals from entering Israel, we will also remove from here those who managed to get here in the past,” Netanyahu said.

Thousands of the illegals gathered in Tel Aviv for the demonstration Sunday, staying away from their jobs to demand that they be allowed to remain in Israel. In recent weeks, Israel has begun rounding up illegals whose work visas have expired and detaining them at a new facility in southern Israel built to hold them as the government worked on ways to deport them. So far, some 300 illegals have been detained. Protests also took place in Eilat, with illegals who did not attend the protests taking a day off from work in solidarity with the protesters.

A new security fence on Israel's southern border has successfully halted the mass illegal invasion of several years ago, but estimates say that some 60,000 illegal infiltrators who managed to get into the country in previous years remain. The illegals - most of them hailing from Eritrea and Sudan - demand that Israel grant them the status of political refugees which, according to UN regulations, cannot be deported to their countries of origin.

But Israel says that nearly all the illegals are economic migrants who are searching for work, and as such they can be deported.

Netanyahu reiterated that point in his remarks. “They are not refugees, which we deal with according to international protocols. They are migrant workers who are here illegally. I intend to ensure that the full force of the law is used against them,” he said.

Right on Bibi! I wish we had leaders as brave as this! Interesting note they said build the Southern security fence and they did it. And guess what, it STOPPED the flood of illegals!

Admit it National Socialist, you wish we had a President and legislatory that would secure the Southern border and then deport the illegals! Once again your jealous of Judaism is glowing!

It is happening all over Europe and the people are starting to take action against the muslim terrorists.

Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs released an official statement regarding the infiltrators' protests Monday, explaining the full scope of the situation and emphasizing that Israel is adhering to UN guidelines regarding illegal immigration.

The statement begins by exploring the problem itself. Since 2006, the total number of migrants estimated to have entered Israel illegally via Egypt has been estimated at more than 64,000; about 53,600 have stayed. "The sheer number and range of issues raised present a significant challenge for the economic and social services of Israel - whose population is 8 million."

"Israel is the only developed country with a land border with Africa, which makes it comparatively more accessible for those who wish to enter. Moreover, due to Israel's unique geostrategic [sic] situation and the political instability surrounding its borders, it becomes practically impossible to develop regional cooperative solutions with countries of origin and transit."

"Israel struggles to balance the need to control its borders with the need to protect the human rights of those who enter," the statement continued, explaining that Israel has adhered to international law by granting protection to 95% of those who enter Israel without requiring an Israeli connection.

Thousands of asylum requests are being handled by the Immigration and Population Authority at the moment, the statement explained, and each needs thorough attention and investigation to comply with laws set by the 1951 UN Refugee Convention.

"Statements on migrant issues that fail to take into account all of the above-mentioned issues are unhelpful," the statement concluded, "and do nothing to help clarify the complex issue, which the Government of Israel is handling with the responsibility and seriousness that the situation demands."

The official MFA statement echoes remarks made by Interior Minister Gidon Sa'ar earlier Monday to IDF Radio.

"We are acting in accordance with the Refugee Convention, and the counsel of the Attorney General," Saar stated, referring to the "asylum seekers."

"The UN commission wanted to be part of the Refugee Status Determination (RSD) process, which they currently are not, and they were sending petitions to the Supreme Court over the state of Israel's position."

"There are claims that we aren't checking requests for shelter," noted Saar. This is not true, he said. "We are checking the requests individually. The protesters yesterday want us to check the requests collectively."

It is very sad that a GOOD SOLUTION for the refugees is impossible. My suggestion is
-----uhm -----SINAI. Remember the farming installations Israel had in SINAI? They did
very well------The fact is that the refugees are fleeing JIHADO FILTH----it seems JUST
to me that JIHADOS be forced to fund a nice farming community for them in
SINAI Many Sudanis-----actually did go to Egypt ---desperate for work in past
years where they were GROSSLY mistreated. Many died with bullets in their heads
just for being sudanis. ------EGYPT AND THE UMMAH owe them something in
compensation -----KHARTOUM owes them ------the ENTIRE UMMAH owes them for
promoting the filth under which they suffered

There is only one solution and it's the same that we should be doing.
(1) Secure the Southern Border (which they did)
(2) Enact eVerify or a like system
(3) Do not allow illegals access to public hospitals (they do that we don't)
(4) Round up all the illegals and people staying past their VISAs, put them in detention centers and then deport them without exception (Israel is ready to do that, but we are not)
