I am interested in this topic but for some reason I can't access it through X. I find it strange that a FOIA suit is required because organ transplants are handled through UNOS, and not the government. As far as I know, race and ethnicity are not even considered. I believe my liver came from a 17-year-old boy of Mexican heritage. The reason I got his was based solely on blood type since mine is less common than others.
