According to the New York Times election tracker, Abbott received 1,234,836 votes and avoided a run-off by winning roughly 66% of the vote in the GOP primary.

O’Rourke received 911,554 votes, which was about 91 percent of the votes cast in the Democratic primary.

forecast with Expansion Algos....

1,234,836/.66 = 1,870,963.636363636
911,554/.91
= 1,001,707.692307692

Looks like it might be a blowout for Abbot

The race I am more interested in is the republican primary for attorney general

that one is ken paxton vs george p bush

if paxton wins that means the bush family dynasty has come to an end

If I go vote, a big if as I haven't voted in years, it won't be for the guy who wielded dictatorial powers nor will I vote for El Pendejo. So by default I'd vote for the Libertarian.

That would be a useless vote
