9-11 revisited

well glad we didn’t fall for that dirty trick….given his track record prior to 9/11 that was rather foolish of him…not to mention how he took credit

He was pissed about Israel and about the US leaving Afghanistan in such a lawless state. He was also furious that the SAG revoked his citizenship in 1994 ad declared AQ to be terrorists. He was always effed up. He was a follower of Sayeed Qubt and Hassan al Banna.

When the Soviets left we did too.. but AQ had been there for years building roads. Afghanistan was just haywire.. rapes, carjackings, smuggling and kidnappings.

That is a MOAB and requires complete air-superiority because it is dropped by a parachute and is an air burst weapon.

The largest non nuclear bomb we ever built was built in the 1950's. It was called the T-12. It was a 43,600 pound bomb that could be dropped from a B-36. Apparently the 10,000 pound MOAB is indeed an air burst weapon. But if there was something on the ground that you really wanted to flatten, it could be made to be a ground burst. The bomb is released from a C-130 cargo plane. The cradle on which it sets leaves the plane with a parachute. But the parachute and cradle soon fall away and the bomb is guided to its target by GPS.

Wow! You can Google! STFU you racist bastard.

I read your posts. I recall nothing regarding this "attack". Would you kindly point it out to me. Never mind: racist bastards like you go to my ignore list.

Yeah. Check out the title. 9-11 revisited. When the twin towers and the pentagon were attacked, it was an attack. Next, I hope I'm on your ignore list right now. If not, do so right now.

we weren’t really there….we helped folks defend their land from the socialist invaders…they left it in a mess.

Rape and kidnapping apparently continued under the Taliban….sadly the women can look forward to more if it

Bin Laden didn’t seem to mind his pals i. the Taliban doing it

What did the U.S. do over there besides help the Saudis produce oil. We also supported the Shah of Iran. Big freaken deal. Throughout most of their history, (if not all of it) they were led by some sort of Shah, Caliph, or some other autocratic potentate. As for what any other country did, that's on them. Not us.

Hardly just that.

Post WW2 you have supporting Israel. That's a big thing for Muslims.

There was supposed CIA interference in Syria in 1949, where maybe the CIA provided assistance to al Za'im who was a pro-US leader for 4 1/2 months.

The Iranian coup in 1953.

There's US support for Egypt, up until 2011 the US supported Egyptian dictators.

There was Jordan, where the US supported the King.

Support for Iran and Iraq (at the same time, during a war between them too).

Saudi Arabia's support for the US too.

A lot of stuff was happening, the CIA doing a lot of stuff to keep up the Eisenhower Doctrine in the area.

It angered a lot of Muslims, there was the 1996 World Trade Center bombing and other such incidence that happened before 9/11.

The US interfered so much in the region.

It's all a bunch of bullshit. Warfare has been just about the main occupation of all countries throughout history. There isn't any real reason for any of them. They were just a means of one group taking what another group has. As for the invasion of the U.S. from those south of the border, they all need to be killed. I don't want them as friends or anything else. I want them to stay in the places they screwed up for themselves.

Huh?

The reality is the US has done all of those things I mentioned. Not only that, but people got angry about it, not surprisingly, so they attacked back.

The point here was that the Muslims didn't start it. They live far from the US and the US was in their faces for a long time, then got their nose bitten.
