I heard some talk today that they don't want to do away with the VA medical. The reason was the VET is understood there, feels comfortable etc. vs. private health care not being used to VETS?

Actuall in 2014, there were 19.3 millions Vets, of which 7.3 million are between the age of 18-64. Of those, 7 million were employed, and male and female both made higher wages than their peers. Of note, the females even more so than their male counterparts.
Another 2.5 million own their own businesses.
