Keep it straight. we only have 11 refineries left in California..... down from 30. Which is why 1 or two going offline is devastating. Its also common for California refineries to have problems when making the summer blend of fuel. This doesn't all happen in a vacuum, its because of policy. You can refer to post 39 if you dont understand.


“Because our market is so constrained and so isolated ... as soon as you see reports of a production slowdown, that affects wholesale prices almost overnight,” Blasky said.
