What religious beliefs? That you have a Pavlovian response to any challenge to your religious beliefs
What religious beliefs?
You're confusing religious belief with science and investigation. You may not have been aware but all the building blocks of life are abundant in nature. Elements are produced by supernovae. Science shows us that the universe evolved by self-organization of matter towards more and more complex structures. Atoms, stars and galaxies self-assembled out of the fundamental particles produced by the Big Bang. Biological organisms readily assemble and will evolve under selective environmental pressures. It's really a simple matter to research this. That inorganic molecules randomly assembled themselves and created Life
Is awareness the product of chemistry or biology?
Yeah, well he wrote sci-fi but he was a very bitter, hateful atheist who neglected his own wife and son. His son lives in Northern California and was recently convicted of possessing mountains of child pornography including molestations. Isaac's legacy. He should be such a proud *father*.In the 70's my brother and I went to NYU to listen to Asimov. He was our favorite scifi writer

[Side note, Frank my Friend: You keep replying to Hateful giving her an invitation to return the favor.
"Go from the presence of a foolish man." "Answer not a fool according to his folly." It's futile! Please spare the rest of us as well as yourself. All she does is spew venom. Who needs it.]
Counting the Eons, by Isaac Asimov
Page 150: ". . . there is an object a mile above the surface of the earth that is moving upward
at a constant speed. We can tell when it started its journey . . . there is nothing in the upward direction to stop, we could conclude that it would travel forever and its journey would have no end."
[Let's not complicate "science" with, oh say wind resistance, or even gravity. Such
oversights make his poor writing look as trivial as, "negative energy"!]
Page 62: " ignorance waving the Bible . . .
[No ignorance in this giant of science. However he DID fear flying, despite being the
renowned writer of extra galactic adventures. Mr. Asimov was a devout atheist, ignorantly
denying the reality of his Creator. His son paid the price of such misadventure, having beenarrested in the late 90's for possession of child pornography.]
Page 12 "If the tube (used to breath through when underwater) is long enough and wide enough, all the exhaled air remains in that long tube and you will breathe the same air over and over again and it will not be long before you suffocate".
[Wrong again. If you extend a tube a mere 18" under water, and position yourself vertically below it, the hydrostatic pressure precludes you from inspiring your first breath. I have tried it as a scuba diver. EVEN IF that were not the case, his argument still fails. Exhale out your nose.]
While lacking in origins, even if your science guess was true, then where is the evidence? None of it happens today. With all of the planets, moons and other large space matter in the universe why can't you show me something that is growing like you stated. You're confusing religious belief with science and investigation. If you have something in support of a 6,000 year old planet and all existence at the hands of specific gods, present it.

Why can't your scientist readily assemble biological organisms if it happens in nature?
Your link doesn't show what you claim it was.Gee, whiz. The angry, hateful religionist is again ranting and stomping his feet. I can't help but notice that the angry, hateful, Ayatollah Fake Engineer spends his every waking moment seething with hatred for anyone who doesn't share his religious beliefs. The angry, hateful religionist can't accept that others make considered decisions.
What a miserable existence is must be spending one's life seeking out people to hate because they don't hold your oppressive, authoritarian beliefs.
Hey. Thank the gods that the Founding Fathers of this nation knew that religions, once in control are poorly disposed towards those not in the majority religon. They knew this from the original colonies which were centers of religious intolerance.
Ayatollah Fake Engineer carries on that fine tradition of angry, hateful relgious intolerance.
The library of congress (link below), has an enormous catalog of early American history. It’s also important to remember that the framers of the Constitution were aware the early colonies of settlers were conclaves of religious intolerance, wherein a Baptist in one colony was safe, but a Roman Catholic was a criminal, yet in a different colony the reverse was true. This is completely unworkable and the Founding Fathers knew it.
The various sects of Christianity were completely at odds with one another as colonial states. Catholics couldn't live in one state, Quakers were executed if they went to another, Protestants were reviled in still others, and so on. These documents still exist. Anyone can research the laws of the original 13 colonies.

Puritans expelled dissenters from their colonies, including Roger Williams and Anne Hutchinson. Although they were victims of religious persecution in Europe, the Puritans supported the theory that sanctioned it, the need for uniformity of religion in the state.www.loc.gov

How many chisels must be randomly dropped on marble before we get Michelangelo’s David?
How many chisels must be randomly dropped on marble before we get Michelangelo’s David?
No, no. Chisels are man-made. Rocks must be dropped, and by what force of nature? Why?
When? See how silly this all gets? People give you nonsense with a straight face and say
"science." It isn't remotely that.
Moreover, who quarried out the block of marble and placed it in situ?
You should take your own advice. As usual, you post links that do not agree with you.Try paying attention.

Have some lemon water or organic tea to take your beotchiness off .
You are going back at least a couple of centuries and it may not have been solely a war of sects, but state building of Europe. Where does it state in your link about what wars you were referring to?You have a problem with reading comprehension.

A few of it may have been so with religion, but we're discussing creation science vs evolutionary science here. Creation science can explain with science, logic and experiments that back up the Bible. Evolution is illogical and one can't do experiments that take millions of years.Gee, whiz.
