With those two conditions what should be the borders of the two nations? You can rule out the pre 1967 borders as those borders reduce Israel to such a narrow strip (14 miles IIRC near Tel Aviv) that the country would be basically indefensible

States can not acquire territory by aggression or use of force. This applies to equally to all States. The 1949 Armistice Line was created as a direct result of aggression and use of force. It therefore can not be used as a basis for claiming sovereignty.

The irony of this argument is that the prohibition against the acquisition of territory by force is used against Israel, while being a perfectly suitable method for acquiring territory by Arabs.
