It means they are either the Republican Party or the Democratic Party.

It's bizarre that anybody would want to encourage the underclass, the dregs, the weird, immoral and indecent among us to vote...It's almost as if they know they can't sell their twisted bullshit to anybody sane, normal, decent, productive and positive contributing.

Throughout history, countries have only grudgingly adopted the one man [person] one vote doctrine.

Women could not vote in many countries at first.

In England, people with certain university degrees used to have two votes.

In the South of our country certain folks were denied the vote by making them take impossibly difficult exams.

China, of course, has solved both the problem of uninformed voters and voter fraud: There are NO elections!

(Some people fear the Democrats are going to manipulate the voting system so that American elections soon become as dependable as the elections in, say, Russia or Egypt.)
