I only read the article after you posted it three times. The reason I read it then was to show you that you are wrong about what it says. In other words, I was not trying to disprove the article, I was using it to prove that you are wrong.

The TSA uses a special X-Ray that does not see through skin, which is what I, and every sane person in this thread, has said. The X-Ray that can detect breast implants, body balloons, and secret compartments in prostheses, is high powered, and not a good thing. It would sterilize people, risk cancer and birth defects, and burn skin if used to search people. Customs either has to get permission to use it, or hold a person under observation until they void their bowels.

My husband and I also noticed that they were in general much more relaxed than customs and screening in the U.S. We didn't have to take our shoes off, everything moved very quickly, personnel were pleasant and relaxed.
