Now, how is it not relevant if the difference between other countries and ourselves is actually the ethnic makeup of the population and the culture rather than any laws?
Mexico has very strict laws. And lots of gun violence. Switzerland has relatively lax laws. And little gun violence. There is no correlation between laws and violence. There is correlation between ethnic and cultural factors and gun violence.
Sum totlal gun laws don't work to keep people safer. Period.
