The case against Fani Willis

Here are the two links to her testimony.

Please point out where she said she took 20000.00 out of campaign accounts.

What she said, was that she took cash out of her retirement, kept some as cash, and turned over $50,000 to her campaign.

So as an example, if she withdrew $60,000 from her own accounts. Kept $10,000 and then donated $50,000 to her campaign - there is nothing wrong with that and it is NOT taking campaign funds.

Wrong.
When you take out money from your IRA, you not only pay early withdraw penalties, but have to pay all the taxes that were deferred.
So normally no one does that, and is highly suspicious and inappropriate.
It implies she was suddenly flushed with undisclosed cash that she was not worried about paying taxes on.
Remember that her Georgia DA salary is only $110k per year.
Her main source of income is political speaking events, which is AKA for bribes.

She could not possibly be paid that much to be able to accumulate $8 million from a DA salary.
So that means she has undisclosed means of income, which she probably could not declare or pay taxes on even if she wanted to.

{...
The average district attorney salary in the United States is $75,000 USD per year. The minimum and maximum salary range from $14,000 to $357,000 USD.
...}

The easiest way to accumulate $8 million as a DA would be to accept bribes to not prosecute some who are guilty, but also to prosecute some who are innocent.
Her speaking fee is 10-$15k an hour.

The dating has nothing to do with it.
The point is no prosecutor should be making even a tenth of the $650,000 he is being paid for this case.
The DA and prosecutor clearly are splitting an illegal quid pro quo.
Are you just making shit up again? Cause I watched the trial and I didn’t see Trumps team take issue with the billables… where did you hear that it was an issue?

That is my point, is that there is no way a person can legally increase their income from $110k per year to $2.7 million a year by speaking fees she is claiming.
You’re digging way too deep into the conspiracy stuff. You don’t know anything about her income, savings or it’s sources. You’ve read some shit on the internet and that’s it.

Wrong.
Trump never gave different evaluations to different people, and in fact never gave out evaluations at all.
You do NOT give a bank an evaluation of a property you are using for loan collateral.
You do NOT give the property tax collector an evaluation of your property.
The only time you set a value it to renters or buyers.
And you can claim anything you want.

The judge in NY is illegally using laws intended to prevent investors being scammed by buying into investment shares. Which is entirely different than what Trump was doing.
/——-/ Thanks for a great post, but libtards living in mommy’s basement have no real world experience in real estate.

#1 She didn't say she took money out of her IRA, she said she took money out of her retirement.
  • A Pre-tax IRA (or 401K) is one type of account people use for retirement,
  • Not all accounts people think of as "retirement" are IRA accounts however.
If you read the testimony or listen to the video, she didn't say "IRA" (or 401K), she said "retirement". That does not mean the account was tax deferred. And even if it was, as long as she paid the taxes that's her business.

My wife and I have a number of accounts that we think of as "retirement" accounts that don't fall under 401K and IRA withdrawal rules. When someone is worth an estimated $8 Million, that money isn't all sitting in a 401K.

So normally no one does that, and is highly suspicious and inappropriate.

Taking your own money out of your own accounts is neither suspicious or inappropriate.

It implies she was suddenly flushed with undisclosed cash that she was not worried about paying taxes on.

Dude, the woman is in her fifties and was a successful attorney in private practice before running for DA. Her net worth isn't based on her DA salary. Dang man, watch the testimony or read the transcripts, she was taking a pay cut (as a private sector attorney) to run for DA.

Do you get ALL of your exercise jumping to conclusions.

Taking money out of your IRA simply indicates that you have a need for a large sum of money and you're prepared to take the tax hit.

The mere fact that she's a rich black woman running for office seems to offend you for some reason, such that you need to impugn her character and infer she's taking bribes???

Don't project your own ethics onto others. It makes YOU look bad.

Trump is just disgusting. He should go away.
/-----/ Nope. You don't understand the NY Alpha Male. As crude and rude as he is, he still loves America and want's to defend her from your kind.
