The cops get called they have to show up. This could have been a racial thing in the mind of the caller. How ever I doubt it this seems like a paranoia thing. To quiet scares you you are likely afraid of every thing. I used to have a neighbor who called the cops every fifteen minutes. Called on me for playing corn hole with my wife at eight thirty at night. The bitch was nuts. The cops would walk up to doors in the neighborhood and appologize in advance. They knew the lady was crazy but they are required to show up. One time it worked to my advantage I was working on a car and having trouble diagnosing the cop that showed up for what ever the crazy lady called about was ACS certified mechanic also and correctly diagnosed my problem saving me some time. I guess I got some of the time she waisted back.
