Otherwise they'll just waste their money buying food shelter and clothing in America.
Far better to let the investment class keep still more of their money so they can continue to invest it in debt instruments that blow up in their faces, and foreign industrial production that puts still more Americans out of work.
A very sensible set of policies designed to bankrupt this nation, and its working classes, that is.
If you hate America and what it stands for you gotta give the duelopoly a lot of credit.
When they were facing a positive balance of trade, the thought that they could turn the direction of this most wealthy CREDITOR nation, (once filled with the world's best paid workforce) to completely reverse that trend and turn us into the worlds largest DEBTOR nation, in about two generations! must have seemed like a pipe dream.
