vetoes can be overridden. you may not realize it but many dems in congress would like to see ACA repealed. In 2017 it will either be repealed or vastly changed, what we have now is a mess that is hurting the people it was supposed to help.

Virtually impossible to override a veto and I'd welcome a re-haul of the ACA .........to include single-payer.

Reid did not "reject" them, the majority leader does not have that authority. He pigeonholed them and did not allow the senate to vote or discuss them, Why? was he afraid one might pass?
