Why would he? ISIS works for the U.S. Sure, there's gonna be more token bombings on empty fields and buildings, but in the end ISIS works for the U.S., Great Britain, and Saudi Arabia. Once they kill Assad, ISIS will either mysteriously disappear or be killed by those who created it.
