Actually the suit that stopped the count was by the Michigan Attorney General. Recounts in Michigan are for the purpose of giving the second place candidate a chance to win. With only 1% of the state's vote, Stein was not injured in the original vote, thus no standing in asking for a recount. States rights, common sense and the legal process were winners.

Think it depends on the state. I've read and heard the green weenies had to pay the full bill in WI, but here in MI just the first $790K, with the balance on the back of us taxpayers.
