He's a very smart guy, though, and he's got a good sense of humor. The whole media-whore thing is pretty funny though. It's just accepted in NY politics that the most dangerous place to be is between Schumer and a TV camera. Some of his nanny-state laws piss me off, but he's certainly not the worst with that either, and he represents his constituents well.

If you REALLY can't figure out why that is remember this -most people are NOT ideologues and party hacks and they do not put the best interests of either political party before that of the nation itself.
