Executive Orders are fun. How many were there again during 2000-2008.

Explain how Obama has successfully pushed excessive executive power. Give examples. Any president has the right to issue executive orders, but they can easily be removed by the next president. They aren't like enacted law. As for judges, every president appoints his own federal judges, which must have Senate approval, and there are still several remaining to be filled. Likewise supreme court justices are nominated, but must go through rigorous scrutiny by the Senate before approval, so it isn't as though either Bush or Obama named people in the dead of night and they magically appeared seated the next day.

And Americans just don't get it.
