There's a difference between:
"I'm worried about the vaccine effects so I'll wait while continuing to practice proper safety measures."
and
"Screw that Faucci! He's a liar and in league with the drug companies! I'll never take that vaccine or practice proper safety measures because it's all just a liberal plot!"
