The Food and Drug Administration is not a physician, so it had no business cautioning people not to take ivermectin to ward off Covid-19 infections with social media posts stating, “You are not a horse,” the Fifth Circuit said.

The FDA is not a physician and NEITHER IS THE JUDGE.

The USA has a real problem with courts and legislatures making medical decisions they're not qualified to make, and it's killing people.

I've noted how easily right wing Americans can be churned up into a violent mob. The 1920's race riots. The 30's NAZI movement. The 50's "Red Scare", 60's police response to the civil rights marches , 70's Police response to Viet Nam war protests. Rodeny King, The War in Iraq. George Floyd protests, January 6th.

Every 10 years or so, Americans lose their minds over something. And in every case, the right has been on the WRONG side of history.
