Zelensky wants security guarantees as part of peace plan. How else can you have an agreement with Russia that constantly breaks all their agreements? There has to be some sort of commitment from other countries to ensure Russia doesn’t simply regroup and invade again.

The only other alternative for Ukraine is to get Nukes again that they gave up when US, UK and Russia promised them defense assistance.
