Every one of them had their sixth amendment rights to a speedy trial violated---that's just for starters. The whole thing stunk of political persecution. Trespassing and inciting to riot do not call for multi-year sentences---especially when democrat congressman Jamaal Bowman was given 3 yrs. probation and a $1K fine for an admitted ACTUAL ACT OF INSURRECTION.
If they haden't rioted in the first place you & Trump's trained monkey's would not have had to cry about a speedy trial. The fact is that there were so many of Trump's thugs who were arrested over this that a speedy trial was impossible. Oh btw, you got any evidence that some of those monkey's were forced to plead guilty like some of them did?
