Zalensky rejects peace....Trump halts all weapons shipments

Ok, maybe I was being too generous and giving Frigid more credit than he deserves

But my point still stands

At this point I dont think Zelenski can mend the riff with Trumo
Nothing to mend.

The little comedian came to the US expecting he could issue a set of marching orders as he did with old comatose Joe and the democrats.

Let him go to the Euro’s with his little dictator ensemble, making demands.

Any country that wants to can apply for NATO membership.

Russia has zero say in it
But every NATO country must agree to allow Ukraine to join, and there is no way for that to happen when Ukraine is in a state of war. Several countries in NATO don't want the risk associated with Ukraine. Mostly western European nations.

Like most people around the world, Zelensky has no understanding of the current condition of American politics.

He is in a terrible situation, and he walked into a room with two people who hate him, who are not sympathetic to him or his people, and are more than willing to use him. He didn't know how to react, because he was hoping for the best.

I have to say, he should have been prepared for this. Someone in his group should have known this would happen. He is dealing with middle school bullies, and he should have stayed above the fray.

The world needs to ******* understand that they can't go anywhere near this person. America needs to be cut loose while we're in this condition. Maybe the world understands that now.
Why did he back out? If he knew this would happen, why even bother coming? You need to see an optician as you have a cock-eyed view of reality/

He also came to the meeting with echos of trump calling him a dictator and blaming Ukraine for the war when it was russia who invaded

Trump should have moderated his bull-in-a china-shop approach to diplomacy

Again, Trump won't look good if Putin wins.

It's not like when he sold out the Taliban at Doha and was able to kick the can down the road to when Biden was president.

No. Zelensky was the aggressor.

Z rolled his eyes and gave expressions of disagreement throughout.

39:40: Zelensky addresses Vance as "JD" and says he's full of crap with his "diplomacy." This is when the altercation started. Vance continues to respectfully address Zelensky as "Mr. President."

40:00: Zelensky snips "Have you every been to Ukraine?" "How do you know what problems we have?"

40:15: Zelensky shakes his head disrespectfully and then looks away as Vance speaks.

40:40: Zelensky threatens that if we don't send him money forever, the war will come to us. This really ticks off Trump who bodyslams Z.

Zelensky then goes on to argue with every statement Trump makes.

41:30: Trump tells Z he is gambling with WWIII, and Z shoots back, "what are you talking about?"

It's pretty clear that Z realizes he totally screwed up yesterday, as he put his tail between his legs today on X....

You mean for 40 minutes, Zelensky tolerated Trump and Vance's bullshit, before he finally said something.

Guy, you can live in your fantasy world all day, but Trump and Vance looked very small yesterday.

Trump had no reason to cower before the little comedian as Biden and the democrats did.

The little comedian acted like he has an entitlement to taxpayer money. You do understand this country has an enormous debt burden, right?

Did you read any what you cut and pasted? No sanctions were lifted.

You Putin groupies are hilarious.

Nonsense, Chatbot. The little comedian didn’t understand he couldn’t huff and puff and make demands like he did with the feckless Biden and the grifting democrats.

Why did he back out? If he knew this would happen, why even bother coming? You need to see an optician as you have a cock-eyed view of reality/
I believe the Dictator and war criminal Zelensky was living in a alternative reality and expected to be treated like he has been up to now by Biden and those EU elite trash as a hero, he had one hell of a reality check yesterday, pity the Europeans are doubling down on their stupidity and delusional mind set.

Putin has already won Ukraine territory that Zelinski cannot win back

I wish it weren't so

There was a time when we all hoped that non military pressure would force Putin to withdraw

But I dont see that happening now

Without US and NATO intervention the war can only continue as a stalemate or outright russian victory

I guess we've learned that, if America were invaded by a foreign power and two of our states were fully occupied, it would be best for us to give in and take whatever deal were offered. Then no one would have to die.

Ya learn something new every day, huh?
Change that scenario up a little and it might make more sense to you. Let's say Texas is still an independent country. Mexico invades to repatriate the millions of south Texans of Mexican ancestry. They conquer all land south of San Antonio and it develops into a stalemate. Texas has a relatively tiny military compared to Mexico. Should the rest of the world fund Texas to the last man knowing they cannot obtain victory or should be work out a solution equitable to all sides?

That's Ukraine-Russia in a nutshell.

350 billion dollars of small.

Only to folks with TDS who have bias so strong that their brains process a distorted version of reality.

Did you watch it? Trump spent 40 minutes whining about his greivences and being unable to process anything that Zelenskyy was trying to say to him.

It really didn't help that the press pool was made up of sycophants. Seriously, asking Zelenskyy why he doesn't wear a suit?

You still didn’t bother to read what you cut and pasted.

“The Trump administration has lifted sanctions on three firms linked to Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska”

You didn’t read the part about Russian Oligarchs.

What’s your next Ruzzia, Ruzzia, Ruzzia conspiracy theory?

Okay, so your argument is that because Russia is a bigger country, they will inevitably win so we shouldn't bother.

Except that's now how it worked in Afghanistan for the US or the USSR.

It's not how it worked for the US in Vietnam, either.

The USSR existed before WWII. You need a history review. The Warsaw Pact was not part of the USSR.

Nope, they did not have Poland nor the Balkans until after WWII. In fact, the spheres of influence were set up by FDR, Churchill, and Stalin, at Tehran and Yalta.

Basically, if you read history, Churchill was aghast that FDR would suggest that the British surrender their Empire on one hand, then allow Stalin to create another.

And yes, you are correct, the USSR was already there, but I am talking about the MASSIVE USSR that FDR allowed Stalin to get control of in negotiations, and almost immediately after the war, went back on his word about Poland, etc.............and Truman allowed that to happen. In essence, like it or not, all that happened is we exchanged one dictatorial regime controlling much of Europe, for another.

Trump also had no business calling Zelenski a dictator and blaming the war on Ukraine

Trump (who I voted for and strongly support) can dish out blunt talk but on this case he cant take it

Who cannot understand the reluctance of the Ukraines to give up part of their country to the russians?

But that is what they must do

Settle down, Chatbot. You keyboard pounding heroes are funny.

If you are so desperate to win the war for the little comedian, go there and fight the North Koreans, you silly little keyboard jihadi.
