My insurance......

Copay - 20%
Deductible - $3000 Individual or $4500 total...but the company gives us $1000 "bridge" to use however we want till the deductible is met. (so in essence our deductible is $3500)
Many, many preventative care/tests are covered 100% (mammograms/colonoscopy etc)
Vision is 50/50 with free glasses every 3 years, annual checkup is 80/20
Dental is 80/20

Cost to employee for family coverage - $560 mo or $268 individual

Discussions have already taken place that the fines would be cheaper than continuing healthcare. At some point it is virtually guaranteed company will get out healthcare as a benefit. Some talks of providing employees $250 per month as a "health allowance".

My premium $238.00 per month with a deductible of 10K that I can afford -catastrophic plan but it does cover 100% of my yearly physicals, and $2500.00 if I should end up in the emergency room. After 10K-- 100% is covered by my insurance.

Of course I have been given a year pardon on the plan of my choice--as it will be cancelled by Obama because it doesn't meet his mandates--which results in my next choice on my state run Obamacare site.

Obamacare
$495.00 per month
$6K deductible--and apparently myself being 60 years old I am now covered for pre-natal--drug addiction--and mental health?
