Deductible - $3000 Individual or $4500 total...but the company gives us $1000 "bridge" to use however we want till the deductible is met. (so in essence our deductible is $3500)
Many, many preventative care/tests are covered 100% (mammograms/colonoscopy etc)
Vision is 50/50 with free glasses every 3 years, annual checkup is 80/20
Dental is 80/20
Cost to employee for family coverage - $560 mo or $268 individual
Discussions have already taken place that the fines would be cheaper than continuing healthcare. At some point it is virtually guaranteed company will get out healthcare as a benefit. Some talks of providing employees $250 per month as a "health allowance".
