I've come to realize something recently. Of the people who live here and who are generational citizens there seems to be a direct divide between two distinct groups.

There is a group that believes in taking care of home needs first.... Family, friends and contributing citizens. They don't shun the offering of generosity to less fortunate nations but they don't place it above home needs.

There is another group however that sees the United States as only a small component in a global citizenry and further sees the advantages of US citizenship as being unfair to the rest of the world.

That's fine if they want to be philanthropic.... The problem is is they want to be philanthropic with your money as well as their own money.

This is where the problem comes in because in that pursuit of what they consider to be fair they have no sensible boundaries that prevent them from robbing you of your last penny to fulfill their bubble headed dream of universal egalitarianism.

They see your prosperity as a sin against the human race and have no limits on what they call right and wrong in opposing your prosperity.
