If they checked the online restriction it would say that they were registered. But if they were on the upper years of their lives, they may not know how to do that or have not been informed. What you are not seeing (like any sane person would) is that all this is voter restrictive. The right wingers are in hoped to disqualify as many blue voters as possible. Virginia clearly violated federal election law. SCOTUS is saying that the law doesn’t matter.

SCOTUS bounced it because it was shown that there were Citizens on there that should be registered and able to vote. Again, it's a clear violation of Voter Registration that was planned sometime in 1923.

They were resgistered. this is about the Mail In ballots where it's claimed that over 1600 were fraudulent and made by no citizens. SCOTUS bounced it because there WERE legal citizens that screwed up on the ballot where the State should have contacted them to correct the errors and made their votes count. This is an attempt at Voter Restriction.

This SCOTUS isnt even radically conservative. Many rulings have gone against conservative interests. Democrats are just used to a flaming liberal SCOTUS, so a moderate one is radical in their eyes

Supreme Court reinstates Youngkin’s voter purge order in Virginia​

Virginia can cancel more than 1,600 voter registrations the state claims are held by noncitizens in advance of next week’s election, the Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday.

The emergency decision marks a loss for the Biden administration, which convinced lower courts to reinstate the registrations because the removals took place too close to the election.

The court’s three liberals – Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson, publicly dissented.

State officials claim the list comprises noncitizens, but a district judge found that some were eligible voters and Virginia officials hadn’t shown the others “were, in fact, noncitizens.”

Dems be mad....At least common sense prevailed.

The law says that VA can not purge voter rolls closer to an election than 90 days because if they get it wrong there is not enough time to fix it
