I don't know of any data centers Bob, but a neighboring county has put in a 'digital currency mining operation' in the last few years. The population of the county is just shy of 15K and I wonder what happened to their energy prices when that center went in.

I DO!!!! There are TWO massive data centers coming to Southern Arizona. In both cases, these data centers were quickly approved by city managers with the people given little time to object. The people of Marana Az quickly filled out a protest form with thousands of signatures. The form was rejected because the Town Council UPLOADED A NEW FORM and said the one submitted was invalid.

The second data center named PROJECT BLUE has already sucked down millions of gallons of groundwater that they used for DUST CONTROL which was never agreed to by Tucson City Council.

These Data Centers and the corrupt City Councils are working in cahoots to bring these Gawdawful centers to communities already thin on water and power. Keep your eyes open people, these muthrFukkers are dangerous and they are paying off City Officials to get their plans ramrodded through.
