Checking a block for voter registration is illegal. A driver's license is not proof of citizenship. Leftist controlled states hand out driver's licenses as a reward for illegals who broke the law by entering the country illegally.

The emergency decision marks a loss for the Biden administration, which convinced lower courts to reinstate the registrations because the removals took place too close to the election.

The court’s three liberals – Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson, publicly dissented.

State officials claim the list comprises noncitizens, but a district judge found that some were eligible voters and Virginia officials hadn’t shown the others “were, in fact, noncitizens.”

Most were caught when they refused jury duty then cross referenced on the voter rolls. Not a citizen, then no vote for you.

Each was contacted to resolve the issue if they were in fact a citizen. After 14 days they were removed from the rolls.....Done and done.
