Yes, this really happened.

Mr Trump will live forever---in your minds
Would you like to comment on this since it happened after GA had completed a hand recount confirming Biden's win?

White House officials pushed Atlanta’s top federal prosecutor to resign before Georgia’s U.S. Senate runoffs because President Trump was upset he wasn’t doing enough to investigate the president’s allegations of election fraud, people familiar with the matter said.
The recount did not validate signatures or deal with the fact that over 400,000 ballots were missing the chain of custody documentation required to make them legal.

President Trump should had fired him and let all those Deep state operatives resign.

WASHINGTON — The Justice Department’s top leaders listened in stunned silence this month: One of their peers, they were told, had devised a plan with President Donald J. Trump to oust Jeffrey A. Rosen as acting attorney general and wield the department’s power to force Georgia state lawmakers to overturn its presidential election results.

The unassuming lawyer who worked on the plan, Jeffrey Clark, had been devising ways to cast doubt on the election results and to bolster Mr. Trump’s continuing legal battles and the pressure on Georgia politicians. Because Mr. Rosen had refused the president’s entreaties to carry out those plans, Mr. Trump was about to decide whether to fire Mr. Rosen and replace him with Mr. Clark.

The department officials, convened on a conference call, then asked each other: What will you do if Mr. Rosen is dismissed?

The answer was unanimous. They would resign.

And so did this.

A senior Justice Department official, at the behest of the White House, called Trump-appointed U.S. Attorney Byung J. Pak and told him he needed to step down because he wasn’t pursuing vote-fraud allegations to Mr. Trump’s satisfaction, the people said.

Even after this happened.

The third tally of votes in the presidential race in Georgia is over, and Democrat Joe Biden won — again.

The secretary of state’s office certified the recount results Monday — even as it continued to fend off allegations of widespread voting fraud in Georgia.

Four years of Trump desensitized the nation to some of the most egregious abuses of presidential power the country has ever seen. Our capacity for outrage became exhausted. These types of things were happening with disturbing regularity. So many they had an disorienting effect.

If that doesn't shock you, if it doesn't make you see what a terrible state of affairs we are in, then nothing I can add will.

I realize your type is unpersuaded by facts but...........

What kills badger is that none have qualms about a legal dem-winning election.

Judges appointed by Dems and Repubs threw cases out due to a lack of evidence.

The most remarkable rebukes of Trump’s legal case: From the judges he hand-picked

“We’re waiting for the United States Supreme Court, of which the President has nominated three justices, to step in and do something,” Dhillon said. “And hopefully Amy Coney Barrett will come through and pick it up.”
Trump’s expectation of loyalty has been clear throughout his presidency, even when it comes to apolitical jobs like judicial postings. But what he has gotten during his election challenges has been anything but that. Repeatedly, judges with ties to Trump have joined all the others in undermining his case."

Democracy is always under attack from authoritarian trash. It is scary that there is still a dwindling number of half wits who are willing to defend trump. They must hate America.
The question is..........if Trump loses his status as a worshiped demagogue.........who replaces him as an idol for all those Trumpleton's? Cuz they need someone to blindly follow.
Throughout history it is proven that these characters fade away. Trumpism is yesterdays news.

Look at the trumpists on here. The factors that unite them are very simple.

They are incredibly stupid and incredibly gullible. They have failed in life and have low self esteem.
Trumpism helps them by telling them that someone is to blame for that and also provides them with friends that they dont have in the real world.

The doctors at my local hospital sat in stunned silence last week as they one of their peers they were told devised a plan with the CDC to keep TDS spreading longer than covid. Sounds as reasonable as any of the other hyper-partisan conspiracies we see both sides post here.

One of their peers, they were told
One of their peers....unnamed and not quoted personally.

They were told...reportedly I assume?

Don't you fools ever get tired of being led around on a fucking leash?
It's completely consistent with his efforts to overturn the election. A Trumpleton complaining about someone else
"being led around on a fucking leash?" Hilarious.

I sit in stunned silence at your idiocy.

I'm not stunned at all by the irony in your response. I will let others continue to enable your TDS idiocy as I leave you with the perfect song for this thread.

...........................................................................................

Well, I ain't quite ready to go as far as TT's 'failed in life' charge, but......but could be persuaded on the 'hate America' sentiment he describes.

What I've seen...and read on RWNJ chatrooms.....is an intense dissatisfaction towards the America that exists today. One that their grandparents, parents, and they themselves all helped to build. And yet they harbor a whole passel of grievances against it.....which I need not list, but are familiar to all.

In short, they are unhappy with the life they have now. Perhaps as much as the one they've been unable to provide for themselves and their family. Hence, along comes some game show host to tell them they have every right to be angry at America, that they are righteous and good....and that they ain't where they deserve to be because XXXXXX is preventing them from having it all. (fill in whatever you damn please in the XXXX's, anything can work to make the unhappy unhappier).

Other than that, I'm quite OK with the MAGACult (except when they are beating the crap outta the police on the Capitol steps.)

they are clowns

we could get better results from their rulings by rolling the dice or drawing high cards

So now that I've proven your belief about the judges to be a lie you've had to change your position claiming all judges are clowns. Even the ones Trump nominated. Unbelievable.

You cheated.
Sadly, you are delusional.
People get worn down. For many their memories are short as they move on. For our nation there is not many Constitutional screwings left before we are totally Progressive Socialist. Repubs are guilty with you. Gasoline and Energy prices are now rising. Food and products we need to survive are rising. Apartment rent and Home prices are still rising much faster then wages. People win or lose in a fiat currency nation where the politicians choose who gets poorer. And if there are two parties, the one who pays off people wins. Until the people become so impoverished because the nation suffers, they leave.
