Informed enough to have an opinion with any credibility or gravitas?

I am not intimately informed on every court

so we are even there

however just as you assume the courts are above criticism I believe they are not

judges are no less political animals than the elected or appointed officials in washington

I know their rulings are not motivated by the law but by political expediency

And in this case it was to remove a thorn in the side of the career washington establishment
